Apostle Mary K. McKoy
Apostle Mary K. McKoy is the Overseer of Healing Center Ministry’s
located at 1500 Brick Mill Road in Coats, North Carolina.
Through life experience, God continues to pour into Apostle McKoy’s spirit His vision on how to build Kingdom minded people that they may affect the earth for Christ and cause others to become Kingdom focused. She allows the Holy Spirit to guide and mold her through consistent study, prayer and fasting. She is known to many people including her growing number of spiritual sons, daughters, and ministry partners as “Mother” because of her ability to edify and comfort all she encounters with love, truth, and godly wisdom.
Apostle McKoy answered her call to preach and teach the Word of God and delivered her initial sermon on October 4, 1998. She was elevated to the office of an Apostle in 2008. By the leading of the Holy Spirit and the miraculous hand of God, The Healing Center
Ministry’s was birthed in November 2000 and on April 9, 2006, Apostle McKoy dedicated the new location of Healing Center Ministry’s at 1500 Brick Mill Rd in Coats, North Carolina where Jesus is the Chief Cornerstone! Apostle McKoy has been honored by the church and business community with several awards, certificates and acknowledgements for her compassionate and generous heart for those near and far: Apostle McKoy has received the Spiritual Guidance Award, Woman of God award, Fayetteville State University Educational Opportunity Center Certificate of Recognition, Dunn NC Night with the Stars Community Spiritual Leader award finalist, American Heart Assoc. Power to End Stroke Pastor Power Ambassador, NC Gospel Announcer's Guild Prestige Award for Lifetime Achievement and several honors of appreciation from highly esteemed Church leaders.
Apostle McKoy has served on many boards and various organizations such as: Partner with Harnett County Health Dept., American Heart Association for Faith Based Health Initiatives, Non-Profit member of Second Harvest Food Bank of Southeast NC, Member of NC Gospel Announcer's Guild and Member of Coats Elementary School Advisory Council of Coats, NC. She has also been involved in many charity fundraisers to help raise
thousands of dollars as well as generous donations to churches, ministries, food banks and those in need. Apostle McKoy has two children, Pastor Tonya Dent and Deacon Tim McKoy who are married as well as 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild who are all actively engaged in ministry by her side.
Apostle McKoy stands on and operates from one of her favorite Scriptures: Revelation 3:22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
