Dr. Barbara Fishburne-Johnny
Dr. Johnny is a graduate of Rhema Bible College, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; studied at Zoe University, Jacksonville, Florida, and received her doctorate from C. E. Graham, Bible College, Columbia, SC. She is married to Pastor Samuel Johnny and they reside in Columbia, SC. Dr. Johnny has achieved many ministerial accomplishments over the past 40 years; breaking many barriers, bridging gaps, and making a tremendous impact on the City of Columbia.
Not only did she receive the key to the City of Columbia, but she also received the Key to the City of Beaufort, SC where she was awarded for her outstanding work and services to the community.
On October 16, 2010, she was consecrated to the office of Bishop. For over 22 years, Dr. Johnny has been the Founder and Senior Pastor of Good Shepherds Faith Assembly Church (GSFA). Columbia, SC. (Now Pastor Emeritus) She is also the founder of other diversified ministries including the 36 year and still running: New Covenant Women Ministries, which has transformed many lives by providing training through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Dr. Johnny operates in a powerful entrepreneurship and wealth anointing, and wherever she goes there is a guarantee of change to the glory of God. God uses her to cast out demons and to literally lay hands on the oppressed causing them to be set free by the blood of Jesus and the power of the Holy Ghost.
